SUNCHASER - COMPOSITE SOLUTION
Our boats are specially designed to maintain their value and be far more fuel efficient, much lighter, and much faster than the competition. SUNCHASER CATAMARANS are Coast Guard approved and our strength composite matrix is out performing and far exceeding ABS, Lloyds and DNV standards. We are offering SUNCHASER CATAMARANS with up to 750 horsepower Turbo charged and after-cooled diesels, twin water jets and or conventional running gear depending on application either power or sail. Our fast-ferry model carries 149 PAX, at 41 knots, while burning less Than 70 gallons per hour and weighs in at less than 39,000 pounds! Whether your taste is for scuba, sunset trips, fine dining, sport fishing, power sailing, and or water ferry operations SUNCHASER CATS exemplify extreme performance with top design and quality. All of our vessels are all built using the epoxy infusion process. We have a short six month build time as we have all the molds and tooling for (52' 58' 65' and 85') as well as the best construction methods out there. Our hulls and parts are built using high-performance foam-core, triaxial e-glass, and 100% infused Epoxy.
We then vacuum the whole matrix, removing all the air and compressing everything to a very dense dry medium. While the complete hull is under deep vacuum and compacted, with no air present, we introduce the epoxy resin which then infuses the dry matrix all at the same time. This process gives you a completely uniform part as one monocle structure with no possibility of voids or delaminating. Our epoxy composite boats are hydro-dynamically efficient, and because the hulls are molded, there are no weld lines, no electrolysis, no corrosion, no blisters, and no buckled plates that create drag. Because we use composite with a foam core, the SUNCHASER CATAMARANS are both noise and thermally insulated alleviating moisture and noise transfer.
All the counters are Corrianne, the interior is designed for ease of maintenance easy to hose down, the heads are well ventilated and wheelchair accessible. Our principals have spent a long time running Cats in the charter business and have specially designed these boats for ease of maintenance. Generous use of high-quality stainless steel and brushed aluminum gives a high quality finished look and feel. Currently our production time is six months. |

transparency through 510 oz of triaxial glass. The panels are
completely transparent no air and both skins and core is chemically
cross-linked. The USCG is totally blown away with the process and our test numbers are five times that of anything out there with flexural properties that are running over 82,000 PSI!! |

We are proud to share with you some information regarding our USCG Certified, ABS built, 100% Epoxy SUNCHASER CATAMARANS.
We build all parts using a special epoxy infusion process, where all the e-glass laminates are put into the mold completely dry, the core in the middle and then the inside skins. 
SUNCHASER CATAMARANS have very sexy lines and attract a great deal of attention sitting at the dock. They are set up to work and for easy to clean up and turn around quickly.
